Lots of issues with ordering process, accessories, poor communication. On collection day the sales person was absent so Michal Mizielski and Richard Tweedle had to cover and did an amazing job. The car had to come back that day due to a fault.

My car needed repairs to be completed. My wife authorised them. When she was told the car was ready, she went to collect it only to be told that the car was not repaired. She had to wait 40 minutes to discover this.

Loan car not ready when I came to drop off my car, initially told there is no loan car booked which is disappointing as someone from BMW called me 2 days prior to the booking to specifically remind me to bring my drivers licence for the loan car.

Customer service is first class at Dick Lovett Swindon. I was provided with a lovely courtesy car for a couple of days while my car was attended to under warranty. They also replaced the front brake pads free of charge.

Had a problem with vibration on the front at speed and parking break sticking. Senior engineer took the car out with me in the car to try and replicate the problem. On inspection, found all tyres were just under 4mm and advised tcheck the steering

Paul and his service staff were very helpful and although I had to call back to see them they sorted out the problem for me. My only complaint was that they had the car for almost nine hours before I could collect it.

Dropped the car for an MOT and picked it up with a turn indicator fault. In addition the USB-C charging ports in the back are not working anymore. The bonnet struts have been replaced after the MOT was done. Garage is adamant that is just an old car.

Cannot understand how I passed the MOT when a nail was found in my near-side from tyre, after I took heed of your health check (?) and replaced the (2) tyres flagged as red and amber. During which I asked that this near-side tyre be checked.

My vehicle was MOT'd...it passed.. had an advisory.It said child seat fitted in rear-not allowing full inspection of seat belt. The child's seat was not secured so was easily moved. The tester plugged the seat belt in-belt was easy to inspect.. ???

From the minute i walked through the showroom door I felt i was being treated as a valued customer even though I never been yo that dealership before.
